The similarities between the three besides the obvious platform of discussions would be between blackboard and twitter which the ease of use with the access of the internet. Blackboard and in-class discussion have the similarities would be the focus on purely discussion while twitter response can vary between reactions, memes, fake news, etc. The differences are quite apparent. BlackBoard at times lack key features which can limit the discussion to the strictly the group who have access while twitter can start with as a small argument and grow as other users join the discussion.
